(de)Motivator Version 2.0 Stable Public Release

CHANGELOG (STABLE): v2.0 (PUBLIC) Added a lot more insults, and a brand-new, shiny, beautiful button We also added a python and a Java test to make sure python and Java are working properly. (de)Motivator does not use python and/or java yet, but there are plans to implement it in the future. So for now, the files are completely optional. This should be the best update yet. Because this is our first major update.
